Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Baked Oatmeal

2 eggs
1/2 cup Canola oil
1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar
3 cups raw oatmeal
3 t. baking powder
1 t. salt
1 t. cinnamon
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1/3 cup flaked coconut

Recipe Directions for Crispy Baked Oatmeal

  1. Combine eggs, oil and brown sugar.

  2. Stir together oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add to egg mixture just until moist.

  3. Add raisins, cranberries and coconut. Stir.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
