Recipe Ingredients for Crispy Baked Chicken Nuggets

2 lbs. (4) chicken breasts
2 cups corn flakes - crushed
2 tbsp canola oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Recipe Directions for Crispy Baked Chicken Nuggets

  1. preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. crush corn flakes to fine bits

  3. mix in paprika, salt, and garlic powder

  4. skin, bone and trim chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes

  5. toss cubes in bowl with oil to coat

  6. dredge cubes in crushed flakes

  7. place on ungreased cookie sheet

  8. cook for 30 minutes
