I have substituted another apple for the zucchini because I did not have a zucchini on hand. It is delicious with chopped zucchini. Serving size 126g=4.4oz

391 g cabbage, coarsley chopped
231 g apple, chopped
123 g carrot, chopped
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoons fat free italian dressing
2 tablespoons reduced fat mayonnaise

  1. Mix fruit and vegetables together.

  2. Blend mayo and dressing. Drizzle over slaw mixture and toss.
