Sprinkle on top of almost any fruit, and bake until golden brown.

Recipe Ingredients for Crisp Topping

1/4 cup butter
1 cup Splenda
1/2 cup brown sugar (Splenda)
1 cup oats
1 cup (oat) flour
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Crisp Topping

  1. Melt butter in large bowl.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly with rubber spatula.

  3. Spread crumbly mixture on top of your favorite fruit or berries, sliced or poured into a baking dish (about 4 cups of fruit is needed)

  4. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes, depending on hardness of fruit.
