Recipe Ingredients for Crisp Topping for Fruit

3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp shredded coconut
6 tbsp packed brown sugar
6 tbsp rolled oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for Crisp Topping for Fruit

  1. Combine all dry ingredients. Using your fingers, incorporate the butter into the dry mixture until the mixture looks like coarse meal.

  2. Place fruit in a baking dish and top with crisp mixture. Bake at 375 for 30-40 mintutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice-cream.
