Low fat and Low cal desert food screaming with antioxidants! Sweet and tangy, it's an excellent desert for any occasion

Recipe Ingredients for Crisp

6 apples
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup rolled oats
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon orange zest

Recipe Directions for Crisp

  1. Peel and chop the apples

  2. Place the fruit into a bowl along with 1/4 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg, orange and lemon juice and zests.

  3. Place mixture into a 9 inch pan.

  4. For the topping:

  5. Put 1 1/2 cups flour in a bowl along with 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons cold, diced butter 1/2 cup sugar and mix together until pieces form into small crumbles
