Recipe Ingredients for Crisp - Blueberry

600 g frozen blueberries
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup oats
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Crisp - Blueberry

  1. Grease a deep baking dish. Arrange fruit in bottom.

  2. Sprinkle with sugar and lemon juice.

  3. Combine oats, flour and brown sugar.

  4. Cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs.

  5. Sprinkle crumbs over the fruit.

  6. Bake at 375 fro 35 minutes.

  7. Serve with vanilla ice cream, or yogurt.
