1 cup white rice
14 oz chicken broth
10 oz breast of chicken in water
1 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables

Recipe Directions for CrisDoug Rice and Chicken with Mixed Vegetables

Mix 1 cup white rice with 1 can chicken broth and 2 5 oz cans breast of chicken (drained) in a 2 qt casserole dish, add frozen vegetables in a layer on top. Cover and bake in 350 degree F oven for approximately 40 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
