Plain crepes ready for filling with your favourite ideas as breakfast or dinner.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup flour
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup Lactose-Free Skim Milk
3 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1/3 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Mix all ingredients together well. Melt butter and add at the end. Laddle small scoop-full into hot fry pan - getting batter all the way to edges of pan. Cook until light golden colour (approx. 1 minute) then flip over and cook other side. Cooked crepes keep well in the freezer just place wax paper in between to keep them from sticking.
