Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

4 eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons melted butter

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. mix all ingredients

  2. ladle approximately 1/4 cup of the mixture into 8" frying pan

  3. cook on one side until edges are dry

  4. flip and cook other side
