A gourmet breakfast at your fingertips! These crepes are made with whole grains and spiced with cinnamon. They?re fool proof, if you can accept an imperfect circle.

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. Heat a large, non-stick pan to medium. Pour 1 tsp of canola oil into the pan, using a paper towel to spread it evenly over the entire pan.

  2. 2. Add all of the ingredients to the blender, and blend until smooth. The crepe batter will be very runny, not thick like pancake batter.

  3. 3. When the pan is up to heat, use the blender to pour about cup of batter onto the center -- you can guesstimate. Turn the pan so the batter spreads evenly all around the pan.

  4. 4. These crepes cook extremely fast. When they appear completely cooked, use a rubber spatula to lift around the edges. The easiest way to flip them is very carefully with your fingers ? unless you are a professional crepe maker, these are likely to not be perfect. That?s okay, just take a look at mine below.

  5. 5. Remove the crepe from the pan, and stuff with your favorite filling. Drizzle lightly with honey, and enjoy.
