Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk, 2%
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Place ingr. in blender container in order given. Blend 30 seconds until smooth.

  2. Or, mix in bowl with wire whisk or mixer, first combining flour and eggs, adding liquid gradually. Beat until smooth, add other ingredients. Should look like thick heavy cream.
