Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
2 large Egg, Whole
1.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

  2. Cook in pan on low heat with non stick cooking spray - Lift the pan off the burner and pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the middle of the pan. Slowly tilt the pan to spread the batter and then set back on the burner.

  3. Cook until lightly golden on one side (edges will just start to curl) then flip for a few second to ensure the other side is set.
