Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 eggs
1 c milk
2 T butter
3/4 c whole wheat pastry flour

Recipe Directions for Crepes

melt butter. Mix all other ingredients, then add melted butter. Have iron skillet ready. pour about 1/3 of a cup into the pan. swirl around. Flip, cook for a few seconds and then stack on plate. Should make 6, 2 per person.
