Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup Gold Medal Unbleached All Purpose Flour
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
2 large Egg, Whole
3 tbsp Butter
4 tsp packed Sugars, Brown
2 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
1 tsp Cloves, Ground
1 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Melt the butter. Mix the flour, egg, milk together until smooth. Slowly add the melted butter while mixing. Season with spices, salt, and brown sugar (to taste). Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat. Add 1/3 cup measures of mix to the pan and quickly rotate pan in the air to evenly cover the bottom. Heat 2-3 minutes until underside is mostly dry and turning light brown. Flip the crepe and cook until the second side is light brown.
