French pancakes, light pancakes, homemade recipe. Add flavors like baked bananas, pumpkin puree, instant coffee grounds, or cocoa powder for special occassions, as well as food coloring.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

4 large egg Eggland's Best Egg
1.5 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
180 grams Flour, All Purpose

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Mix flour with pinch of salt in bowl.

  2. Create a well in center of flour mix.

  3. Add four large eggs and 3/4 cup milk and mix in slow, small circles.

  4. Slowly add the other 3/4 cup of milk, more or less until batter is thin.

  5. Let sit for 30 mins at room temp.

  6. Cook with buttered crepe pan.
