Crepes for Dessert or Breakfast, to use with dinner items take out vanilla and Splenda

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

3 eggs
3/4 cups flour
3/4 cups low fat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon Splenda

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Whisk eggs into flour

  2. Slowly add milk

  3. Add Vanilla and Splenda until well blended

  4. Spray a non-stick frying pan

  5. Ladel in an amount of batter, use the ladel in circular motion on batter is make thin

  6. Once batter has yellowed, flip

  7. Cook for another minute or two and remove
