Makes 1 serving



A good general crepe recipe, good for 1 healthy serving or 2 small servings

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1/2 c flour
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp sugar
3/4 c milk
1/2 tsp oil
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Mix all ingredients together, using mixer or whisk until there are no lumps. Pour small amount (` 1- 2 Tbs or so ) into hot fry pan, spread it around the bottom quickly so it s very thin, cook until lightly browned, flip & cook for a few more seconds, transfer to plate, fill with desired filling & serve. Remaining crepes can be frozen, using wax paper to separate each crepe.
