Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

4 large eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 1/4 cups skim milk
1/3 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Combine eggs, salt and sugar. Blend with wire whip or electric mixer.

  2. Add flour gradually and alternate with milk. When well blended, add melted butter.

  3. Chill 1 hour before using.

  4. Oil crepe maker with Pam before cooking.
