Crepes are fun and can be stuffed with just about everything!

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 1/2 serving Skim Milk Beatrice
2 serving Free Run Egg Naturegg w/Potassium
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 tsp Salt, Table
0.33 tsp Baking Soda
1 serving Planter's Peanut Oil - (1 tbls)

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Put heat on high and add roughly a teaspoon of becel to the pan, spreading the becel to entirely cover the bottom of pan. Lower heat to medium (3 or 4). Spread to cover entire bottom. Pour around 1/3 cup (or less to make thinner crepes) and move pan to distribute it evenly at the bottom. Cook for several minutes. To see if it is ready to turn, the whole crepes will no longer be liquid but solid. Using a butter knife to prop the crepe up, see if the underside is cooked enough, and then fit the spatula underneath and flip in one movement. Cook a little less time than for the other side. Should make 10-15 (depending on thickness).
