1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1.5 cup Whole Milk
2 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Omega Cooking and Salad Oil
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Mix all together. 2 T in heated lightly greased skillet. Brown on one side.
