Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Market Basket 2% Milk
2 tbsp Butter
0.25 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. 1. Whisk flour with eggs

  2. 2. Add milk and water slowling while stirring

  3. 3. Add butter and salt

  4. 4. Beat well

  5. 5. Pour 1/4 onto hot, oiled griddle

  6. 6. Tilt pan to spread batter

  7. 7. Cook, flip, cook

  8. 8. Serve with any sweet topping
