Makes 1 serving



1cup milk, 2% 3cups water, 4 eggs, extra large, 2cup flour 2tbsp butter 1pinch salt

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
3 cups Water
4 Egg, Whole
2 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 tbsp Butter
1 pinch Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. .sift flour into a bowl make a well in the middle, crack one egg at a time and mix with an electronic hand whisk (or by hand) then add the milk and water. Melt the butter in the microwave and add that, mixing well.

  2. 2.Tap mixture on the table top to knock out bubbles and leave to sit for about 20 minutes. (not in the fridge)

  3. 3.Heat a non stick skillet using med/high heat, spray with cooking spray, take skillet off of the heat and and pour batter (about 1/4 cup) until there is a thin layer (or as thick as you like) place back on heat and cook until the top has firmed up and it no longer sticks then flip or use a spatular and turn over, cook until it no longer sticks on the reverse side then serve.
