basic crepes for stuffing or eating alone

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Crepes

combine all ingredients, beat with a whisk until smooth, rest in fridge overnight, cook in pan 2 tbs at a time until golden brown. Can be frozen.
