An easy breakfast - and healthy too!

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

250 g white whole wheat flour
500 ml 1% milk
100 g sugar
2 eggs
1 tablespoon oil

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Start by beating the eggs, then stir in the milk and oil.

  2. When well combined add the flour bit by bit stirring all the time to avoid lumps.

  3. When all the flour has been incorporated add the sugar and mix well. The batter now is ready.

  4. To make the crepes, butter the surface of the pan. Spoon some of the batter on the pan, swirl around just enough to cover the pan and bake 1-2 minutes on each side.
