Just the crepe itself (no filling)

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 large Egg, Whole
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Unbleached
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth

  2. heat a pan, drizzle one ounce batter into pan and swirl pan until thinly coated.

  3. Cook about 1 min, then flip and cook another 30 seconds

  4. Allow to cool on flat surface
