Crepes - fill with sweet or savory toppings (fruit, creamed meat dishes, or vegetables)

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup egg beaters
3/4 cup skim milk

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Beat egg

  2. Mix in milk & flour until smooth

  3. Let stand 30 minutes

  4. Spoon 2 tbsp batter into a pan on medium-low heat, lift and twist pan to coat bottom

  5. Cook until brown on one side and remove
