Crepe pancakes for savory or dessert dishes

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp white sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg
2/3 c skim milk
2 tsp light margarine

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Mix together into a thin batter. In a hot non-stick pan pour 1/4 of the mixture, moving around the pan until very thin. Brown on one side, flip. Fill with your favorite savory or sweet filling.
