A delicious and easy recipe for crepes.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 large eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup flour
3 tbs butter, melted
2 1/2 tbs Splenda
1 tbs Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Add all ingredients into blender and blend for 10 seconds. place in Fridge for 1 hour (can keep for 48 hours). Spray crepe pan with pan, and cook over medium heat, flipping to lightly brown both sides. Stack with wax paper between crepes and chill until use.
