Use as a shell for strawberry, banana, or other fruit based crepes. I have never tried with a meat, but might be good that way, too!

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup water
1 dash salt

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. beat together eggs, milk, flour and dash salt. Blend in vanilla and water.

  2. pour thin layer in hot non-stick skillet or crepe pan. turn when edges begin to curl.
