These are good with almost anything: cottage chese, fruits, spinach

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

1 egg
120 g white flour
125 g milk
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. Mix together milk, eggs and flour until smooth. Add water and mix again. Let it stand for 5 minutes.

  2. Warm up frying pan (I use stainless steel on less than medium setting).

  3. Put just few drops of oil on your pan. The surface supposed to be only shiny, not really greasy.

  4. Use enough of mixture to cover the surface of frying pan or use more for thicker crepes.

  5. The mixture should yield about 10 thin crepes.

  6. Very often the first crepe is not perfect but do not give up; it should get better with the second...
