Homemade - assumes 1 egg per person

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2/3 cup 1% milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp canola oil
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Mix well

  2. Use hand blender (stick blender) to get out all the lumps

  3. Cook in a buttered frying pan, pouring a Very thin crepe. Tilt pan to swirl batter around pan.

  4. Enjoy!
