a sweetened version, great for subsitution of pancakes

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Mix dry ingredients together

  2. Add milk mix until smooth

  3. Mix in egg and vanilla

  4. Cook in about 3" diameter pancakes at medium heat
