french crepes basic recipe (beat egg whites till hard before folding into the rest of the mix that way you feel full more quickly!)

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

187 g flour
3 eggs
400 ml milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. mix all ingredients together except egg whites and salt

  2. in other bowl, beat egg whites and salt till hard whites peaks

  3. fold in egg whites with mix

  4. in hot pan, pour about 3/4 ladle and twirl pan to spread

  5. flip when underside is brownish

  6. cook till brown spots appear on second side
