These are great filled with anything, you can have them for a fancy brunch or fill them with something savory for supper.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 cups flour
2 Eggs
3 Egg Whites
2 cups of milk
1 tbsp margarine
1 tsp Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Add first 3 ingredients into a large bowl

  2. Slowly add milk

  3. Add margarine (2 tbsp reduced calorie)

  4. Add vanilla

  5. Grease pan and pour batter into center of pan, swirl batter around in a circular motion to make it thin out.

  6. let it sit on slightly lower than medium heat

  7. 60 seconds each side.
