Yer basic crepe recipe. Good with veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Blend everything.

  2. Let sit in fridge at least 30 minutes. (Overnight is better.)

  3. Lightly oil griddle, unless it's a non-stick.

  4. Cook thin little crepes.

  5. Fill with good things, like spinach.
