A great breakfast item (but mostly eaten for dinner)

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup flour
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Mix flour, salt and baking powder

  2. Mix egg and milk

  3. Add dry to wet, mix well

  4. Ladle out mixture onto lightly greased (e.g. Pam) large flat pan. Make sure to spread mixture as thin as possible (while making sure it can still be flipped without tearing). When bubbles show up throughout visible side of crepes, flip.

  5. Can be served with margarine and sugar (yum) or wrapped around strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.
