Recipe Ingredients for crepes

2 eggs
1 1/2 cups fat free milk
1 cup flour
1 tbs oil
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. lightly beat eggs

  2. add remaining ingredients and blend well

  3. pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan and twirl to cover bottom of pan

  4. cook until slightly transparent and flip onto serving platter
