Crepes are yummy so here is a great recipe, not too healthy though, I'm afraid.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

2 large eggs
3/4 cups of unsweetened soy milk, silk
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 tbsp canola oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 c light sour cream

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl and fry on a frying pan over medium heat, making sure not to burn them
