Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup lowfat milk
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar
2 apples

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Combine ingredients except sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.

  2. Cook in a pan on medium/high heat, about 1/4 cup of batter at a time.

  3. Sprinkle the sugar/cinnamon/clove mixture on top and roll up, or add fruit.
