Makes 4 servings



Crepe rolled with apricot preserves

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup 2 % milk
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1/16 tsp salt
2 tsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp apricot preserves
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients together.

  2. Melt a little butter in a skillet on med-high heat.

  3. 1/4 cup batter into skillet.

  4. Flip after cooking 2-3 min.

  5. Cook another 2-3 min.

  6. Remove from skillet.

  7. Spread 1/2 tsp apricot preserves ontop of crepe.

  8. Roll and dust with powdered sugar.
