Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1 tbs flour
1/2 tbs vegetable oil
1 tsp lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Crepes

  1. blend all ingredients in blender until smooth.

  2. cover a refrigerate for 2 hours

  3. make crepes according to crepe maker instructions or

  4. heat crepe pan to medium heat

  5. add 1/2 tsp butter to coat the bottom

  6. pour 1/3 cup of batter into pan and spread with spatula

  7. fry until golden brown on one side

  8. flip and continue until finished

  9. place on a plate covered with aluminum foil until ready for use
