french classic good for brunch sweet (1 tsp of preserve) or salty (with grilled veggies and a 2 tbsp of cheese)

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

2 c flour
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tbsp vanilla extract
2 c milk 1%
1 c water

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. mix dry ingredients

  2. add eggs, oil, vanilla

  3. add milk and water little by little while wisking to avoid lumps

  4. the batter is a very smooth liquid

  5. pour about 1 c of batter in hot skillet in a rotating motion to spread evenly

  6. cook 3-4 mn recto 1-2 mn verso
