Plain sweet crepes, add in anything

Recipe Ingredients for crepes

1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Recipe Directions for crepes

  1. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla thoroughly

  2. Add in flour, then oil

  3. Let sit 1 hour

  4. Ladle onto oiled skillet
