Crepes. Stuff with your combination and top with maple syrup. For dinner crepes, top with a bechemel suace after stuffing with ham and cheese, or asparagus etc.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepes

1 1/2 cups milk, reduced fat, 2%
1 cup flour
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 eggs
1 egg yolk

Recipe Directions for Crepes

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Cook in well buttered pan until firm, turning once.
