Crepe recipe with a almond taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepe

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter

Recipe Directions for Crepe

  1. Sift the flour, paking powder, salt, and sugar.

  2. Melt the butter.

  3. Wisk in the eggs (beaten), milk, almond milk, vanilla, and butter.

  4. Pour the crepe batter into the pan (about 1/4 cup crepe batter) and spread it around the pan. Cook until the bottom browns and flip.

  5. When the bottom browns again, flip the crepe on to a plate. Note that the first one may turn to mush. If that happens don't worry and keep going. Th others will turn out better. Repeat until there is no batter left.

  6. Fill it with your favorite filling (fruit jam, peanut butter, nutella, cheese, roasted vegetables, banana and chocolate...) and enjoy!
