Makes 1 serving



These large sweet wholewheat crepes make a filling breakfast or brunch. Top it off with berries, yogurt, maple syrup, applesauce or fresh fruit.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepe

1/4 cup wholewheat flour
1/4 cup 1% milk
1 tbs water
1 egg white
2 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon canola oil

Recipe Directions for Crepe

  1. Combine the ingredients less the oil in a bowl

  2. Mix very well

  3. Add a small amount of margarine, butter or canola oil to a frying pan on medium-high heat.

  4. Add the batter, and fry for 3 minutes per side

  5. Serve immediately
