Recipe Ingredients for Crepe

3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Crepe

Melt butter and combine all. Let stand for 30 minutes. Pour 3-4 tbsp. into a 7" skillet on med-high heat. Swirl skillet to cover bottom, cook until edges brown and pull away from pan. Flip and cook briefly on other side. Makes 8.
