Crepe recipe and can fill with whatever you like

Recipe Ingredients for Crepe

0.75 cup All Purpose Flour
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.25 Teaspoon Baking Powder
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
1 tbsp Butter
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Crepe

  1. 1. Lightly grease 7" or 8" skillet. Heat (over medium heat) until butter bubbles.

  2. 2. Beat all ingredients together until smooth.

  3. 3. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons batter into pan for each crepe.

  4. 4. Cook both sides until golden brown, rotate pan so batter covers pan.

  5. 5. Crepes can be stacked between wax paper. Cover to keep moist.
