breakfast crepe burrito. Serves 5 people. Serve with fresh fuit. Its delicious.

Recipe Ingredients for Crepe Breakfast Burritos

12 eggs
3/4 c milk
1/4 c sugar
3/4 c all-purpose flour
1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c salsa

Recipe Directions for Crepe Breakfast Burritos

  1. Crepe Batter:

  2. 2 eggs

  3. 3/4 c milk

  4. 1/4 c sugar

  5. 3/4 c all purpose flour

  6. Blend together and let sit 30 minutes. Pour in sprayed griddle like pancakes but make them as thin as possible. Should make about 10.

  7. Filling:

  8. 10 eggs

  9. then add 1/2 c salsa

  10. and 1/2 cup shredded low fat cheddar cheese

  11. scoop about 1/10 of it in each crepe and roll like a burrito. Serving size is 2 burritos. It is awesome.
